A1: You can send us an online message or send us an e-mail with your requirements. We will contact with you within 8 hours. 

Q2: Can I get a sample before place order? 

A2: Yes, we provide sample services. Customers need bear the express freight. 

Q3: What is your MOQ? Can I place a trail order with small quantity? 

A3: MOQ is 1PCS. For trial order, you can tell us the quantity you need and we will try to meet your demand. And you also can mix different products together. 

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take? 

A4: Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. By air, by sea are also acceptable. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB, CIF, DAP...All terms are available.

Q6: How to return if product defective? 

1) All products are under 2 years warranty. We will offer online support or replace it if the product you received is defective.
